What data do we use?
We may request your name or company name, phone number, email, site location, preferred timing, service type, project scope, budget and work description. Photos, drawings or documents sent later are used only to assess the enquiry and possible work.
Why do we need the data?
We use the information to answer your enquiry, assess scope and logistics, prepare a quotation, document communication, and prepare or perform a possible contract. We do not sell contact details or use them for unrelated direct marketing without a separate legal basis.
Technical form delivery
The quote form is technically delivered through FormSubmit to Twin Project’s email address. Do not include special-category personal data or information that is unnecessary for assessing the work. Send sensitive documents through an agreed channel after initial contact.
Retention and your rights
We retain data as long as needed to handle the enquiry, a possible contract, legal obligations or justified claims. To request access, correction or deletion, email info@twinproject.ee.
