As part of the conversion of a former fish-factory office building in Kõrgessaare, Twin Project completed extensive finishing and corrective work at Sadama Rental House. The scope covered approximately 2,000 m² of surfaces, work organisation, quality control and final finishing.
In a completed and furnished home, wall surfaces, areas around doors and a high stairwell with difficult access required correction after earlier work. Floors, furniture and access routes were protected, and the work was organised so the home remained usable. The result is an even light finish, clean junctions and a properly finished dark accent wall.
Previous project experience

In the Kirkkotie area of Klaukkala, six terraced houses and nearly 30 homes were completed as one project. Responsibility covered project organisation and construction from completed foundations through building handover.
The foundations were completed by a subcontractor. All subsequent stages, teams, materials, quality and schedule were managed as one whole.

This was a complete interior project for wet rooms, pool and sauna areas, where work sequence, technical solutions and quality control had to function as one whole.
The project demonstrates the ability to deliver and manage a large, technically demanding wet-room project.

Responsibility covered all apartment interior construction and tiling in this large waterfront project in central Helsinki.
The complete scope also included the building’s common areas and renewal of basement sauna, swimming-pool, parking and storage spaces.

Experience behind the project
The company manager’s background combines practical construction, work management, technical sales and project organisation. This helps assess not only one work package, but the needs and risks of the whole property.
Over the years, responsibility has ranged from small renovations to several parallel sites and management of a team of up to 135 people. In current work, this means choosing a manageable scope, involving the right partners and keeping budget, quality and communication under control.
